Is the scanner really free? What is the catch?
Free, always, no trial clock. The email gate exists so the practice knows who is asking — the scan itself, its logic and its risk model run in your browser. The only “catch” is that a scored risk profile usually makes the case for a paid audit stronger.
Will my data leave the browser?
No. The scanner is a client-side tool — your answers never leave this page. Only your name and work email are sent (once) to unlock it, and that record stops with the LabelNex team.
We are not on SAP. Is this still relevant?
Yes — the checklist covers Oracle, D365, MES/WMS and even print-only sites. SAP shops get extra depth (GLM/MDG, output determination), but the scan itself is ERP-agnostic.
What happens after I get my score?
You get a prioritized sense of your top failure surfaces and we offer a scoped follow-up — a scoped Label Health Check or a full Label Compliance Audit. Saying no is a complete sentence; the score is yours to keep.
